Hours for single-ticket sales and information:
Mon–Fri: 10:00am–6:00pm, or until concert start time
Sat: 12:00–5:00pm, or until concert start time (on Young People’s Concert dates, the Box Office opens at 10:30am)
Sun: Open two hours prior to performance start time, and remains open until concert begins

By Car
Take the QEW/Gardiner Expressway to the York Street exit.
Proceed north on York to King Street, then west on King to Simcoe.
By Public Transit
TTC
Take the TTC subway to St. Andrew Station, then exit and walk west through the underground walkway toward the Hall. This walkway provides easy access to Roy Thomson Hall from both the MetroCentre parking lot and the St. Andrew subway station.
GO Transit
Take GO Transit to Union Station, then exit and walk west to Simcoe Street, then proceed north to the Hall.
Parking
Please note that the entire area of Simcoe Street from King Street to Wellington Street is now designated as a NO STANDING area, with the exception of two NO PARKING areas. Rush-hour regulations apply to the entire area. Any parked vehicles with or without an Accessible Parking Permit may be tagged and/or towed.

Roy Thomson Hall Parking Lot
Limited underground parking is available to the public at Roy Thomson Hall. There are fewer than 300 underground parking spaces available to TSO patrons on a first-come, first-served basis on TSO concert evenings and for matinees. The Toronto Symphony Orchestra cannot guarantee parking for all patrons for any given concert in the Roy Thomson Hall parking garage. The entrance to this garage is on Wellington Street. The hours of operation are 6:00–12:30am daily. The garage is closed on holidays. There is some Accessibility Parking available.
MetroCentre Parking Lot
This parking garage has approximately 500 spaces and is easily accessible by foot through the MetroCentre concourse to Roy Thomson Hall. We recommend parking in the pink section of the MetroCentre garage and accessing the main floor of MetroCentre [M] by elevator.
The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto
A special valet parking rate of $15 per vehicle is available to all Maestro’s Club Members who wish to park across the street at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, 181 Wellington Street. Music Store
The Roy Thomson Hall Music Store has moved to the north lobby and will also be selling on the Mezzanine level. Their knowledgeable staff will be able to assist you in your selection of concert-related music, new releases, Classical best sellers, and monthly promotions.
The Music Store is open one hour before all concert performances and remains open for one hour after concerts. Private, personal music consultation is available by appointment. Please call 416.593.4822 X 358 or email merchandising@rth-mh.com for more information.

Did you know that you can skip the line at intermission by pre-ordering drinks at any Roy Thomson Hall bar before the performance? Highly recommended.

Please note that there are no bank machines located inside Roy Thomson Hall.
